Yes, of course you can hire anyone if the job allows for at least a couple of months of registration/status verification and up to a year of pay to meet your requirements. Don’t worry if you use a paywall account or something like that, the cost of hiring a technician is quite negligible and since I’m talking about a “credible” job I don’t think you can say that out loud.
