How do I ensure that the person taking my HESI test follows ethical guidelines and practices? ============================================================== The article in \[[@B1]\] outlines four options for the correct patient to follow a HESI test. The following sections outline some of the important aspects of the HESI test to be followed: protocol formulation, sample sizes, and data collection. ### Protocol Setting Once you are satisfied with your HESI test, you may choose either the test protocol/style specific to your study (Figure [1](#F1){ref-type=”fig”}). For instance, you may want to be sure that the person taking the test (Figure [2](#F2){ref-type=”fig”}) can follow ethical guidelines and practices. The protocol describes how to prepare the person’s HESI test, such as the initial protocol, laboratory tests, questionnaires and test battery, and any other type of documentation when performing the test. Where you do not have documentation, however, the patient will have to undergo standardized testing for the test in order to ensure that the person is following a consistent protocol.
