After I first presented my work proposal in 2014, I also took a personal interest in the work of Daniel K. Culp and Dan T. Leggett, who published the original abstract in November 2012. Part II will discuss conceptualization and implementation. My role in this paper is to present the evolution of HESI into a major research topic in human knowledge management. My career goals are to recognize the progress made in developing HESI and transform it to its full potential. I will pursue global exposure of health professionals and support my organization in setting sustainability Goals and goals in the workplace for five years by promoting its value growth. I hope to serve professionals to become leaders in their field and have a long career path. I also hope that by further inspiring others engaged in information systems science and practical application of knowledge, I will contribute to the sustainable development process of leadership and the organization.
