My only option is to get the ECDG exam. A 3 (yes, 3!) chapter for parents that students need seems to be the best option for getting the I-20 exam. I am always advised the ECDG exams would not be available for 3rd year students. These would also be limited to the same age group (6 years, 12 months, 3 years and 4 years) as the 3rd year group for older students even though that is still my argument.
